Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and overseeing all activities related to employee recruitment, selection, retention, onboarding, training, and development for Applied Healthcare Solutions, Inc. This role serves as an advocate for employees and collaborates with leadership on all human resources matters to support organizational goals and compliance standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily human resources operations, including the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and Joint Commission human resources regulations and standards.
- Implement and improve HR processes and procedures related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee retention, orientation, and termination in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and monitor market compensation, wages, and benefit trends, and provide recommendations to the Executive Director to maintain competitive compensation practices.
- Partner with management to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of recruitment efforts.
- Promote and maintain a positive community image of Applied Healthcare Solutions, Inc. as an employer of choice.
- Assist the Executive Director/Administrator in preparing and managing the annual Human Resources budget while ensuring resources are utilized within budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment and community outreach activities, including career fairs and networking events.
- Collaborate with management to assess employee training needs and develop orientation and continuing education programs for staff.
- Recruit, hire, supervise, and support members of the Human Resources team.
- Maintain educational materials and resources to support employee growth and professional development.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee records and information.
- Conduct annual employee satisfaction assessments regarding benefits and workplace environment and report findings in accordance with organizational practices.
- Recommend employee benefit programs and cost-effective benefit solutions to leadership.

Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience, preferably in home care operations. Two years of experience in employee recruitment and training preferred.
- Knowledge of state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations related to employment practices and employee education.
- Strong understanding of business and organizational management principles.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong public relations abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, organization, flexibility, collaboration, and sound judgment in carrying out responsibilities.
